LakeVille Regency is one of the large lakeside high-end residential projects developed by Shui On Land as part of the Taipingqiao area project in the center of Shanghai. It is located directly south of the artificial lake of Taipingqiao, just a short walk from Shanghai Xintiandi, adjacent to the Middle Huaihai Road commercial area and Xintiandi subway station, making the location unparalleled.

LakeVille Regency Ⅴ is directly facing Taiping Lake to the north, adjacent to Cuihu Tiandi Aria to the west, Dahuali (the planned Dongtai Road commercial and cultural complex) to the east, and Yuanchengli to the south.
